Laura & Marcus’ Stifel Theater wedding was one of my favorite weddings in a long, long time.

When you meet the right person, you just know. Unless you meet them years ago, all your friends think you’re perfect for each other, but the timing just isn’t right.

But as fate would have it, the stars align at the right time several years later, and you meet again. And this time you never leave their side. That’s what happened to Laura & Marcus.

If you didn’t know, I have a little profile of my brides and grooms on my website. Incredible qualities I love in people. Most of my couples hit a lot of them, but I think Laura & Marcus hit all of them. They’re both kind & generous, unafraid to show emotion, excited to build an incredible marriage, love and respect their families, are wholeheartedly comfortable being themselves around each other, are humble, and love classic style.

They had a jewish ceremony and had their siblings officiate, and during the 7 blessings, they chose to have 7 of their friends and family read a blessing from the crowd. It was heart-warming and tear-inducing.

I really loved being a part of day one of your marriage, L&M! I can’t wait to show you guys the rest. 🙂
