This was a BIG weekend for our groom, Matthew. Not only did he marry our gorgeous bride, Stefanie, but he also graduated from Med School! These two are so incredibly sweet, and I am so grateful that they let me be a part of day one of their marriage!

This weekend, just like last weekend, included a beautiful ceremony with words that just touched my soul. I loved the message: “grace can only build upon nature,” which requires us to do a huge amount of work in our own lives. It’s obvious to me that Stefanie & Matthew have built a great foundation for their life together and are surrounded by two sets of incredible parents with longstanding marriages! Not to mention all of the supportive friends and family that traveled from all over the country to celebrate with them as they tied the knot.

One (well three) of my favorite moments was when Stefanie’s dad saw her for the first time during the dad’s first look, when he gave her away, and during the father-daughter dance. He teared up and was SO sweet and tender with her. As someone who didn’t have the opportunity to have her dad with her on such an important day, I’m grateful that Stefanie and her dad got to make those memories together. It warmed my heart to witness it. 🙂
